Payments and Policies
We aim to provide clarity by being fully transparent about what you can expect from us as well as what we would expect from you, as our client.
As part of our onboarding process, we will provide you with our Student Handbook. This Handbook details all our payments and policies information including cancellation and rescheduling policies.
- Our invoices and payments are handled via Tutor Cruncher, our secure payment portal and CRM system. We will invoice you every month, providing an itemisation of each lesson. We accept payments by BACs or debit card.
